1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, through Shopify's secure payment processing system.
2. What sizes do you offer for clothing?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart specific to that item. Please refer to these charts to select the appropriate size.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note the following:

North America: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Outside North America: Delivery can take 4-6 weeks on average, depending on your local postal system.
Please be aware that some countries, such as Brazil and Argentina, may experience issues with package delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery to these locations, and refunds will not be issued unless the package is returned to us.
4. How are items shipped?
We ship all orders using Canada Post, USPS, or UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
5. Are there any customs, duties, or taxes?
International shipments may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over these government-imposed fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
6. How can I confirm my order details and shipping address?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review this information promptly to ensure accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses or fulfilling orders with inaccurate information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder.
7. How long does it take to fulfill my order?

In-Stock Items: Fulfillment within 1-2 weeks.

Out-of-Stock Items: Fulfillment within 15 business days.
Please note that shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times.
8. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: Custom-printed items, items not in original packaging, used items, and items past the 15-day return window are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process: To request a return or exchange, contact our customer service at andremckenzie@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Can I exchange a defective or damaged item?

11. Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
